سورة النساء، الآية ٩٣Surah An-Nisa, ayah 93 (4:93)
وَمَن يَقۡتُلۡ مُؤۡمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ جَهَنَّمُ خَٰلِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ وَلَعَنَهُۥ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُۥ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا ٩٣
The meaning in English
And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein; and the Wrath and the Curse of Allâh are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.

التفسير الميسر
ومن يَعْتَدِ على مؤمن فيقتله عن عمد بغير حق فعاقبته جهنم، خالدًا فيها مع سخط الله تعالى عليه وطَرْدِهِ من رحمته، إن جازاه على ذنبه وأعدَّ الله له أشد العذاب بسبب ما ارتكبه من هذه الجناية العظيمة. ولكنه سبحانه يعفو ويتفضل على أهل الإيمان فلا يجازيهم بالخلود في جهنم
