سورة النساء، الآية ٩١Surah An-Nisa, ayah 91 (4:91)
سَتَجِدُونَ ءَاخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَأۡمَنُوكُمۡ وَيَأۡمَنُواْ قَوۡمَهُمۡ كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلۡفِتۡنَةِ أُرۡكِسُواْ فِيهَا فَإِن لَّمۡ يَعۡتَزِلُوكُمۡ وَيُلۡقُوٓاْ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ فَخُذُوهُمۡ وَٱقۡتُلُوهُمۡ حَيۡثُ ثَقِفۡتُمُوهُمۡ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكُمۡ جَعَلۡنَا لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سُلۡطَٰنًا مُّبِينًا ٩١
The meaning in English
You will find others that wish to have security from you and security from their people. Every time they are sent back to temptation, they yield thereto. If they withdraw not from you, nor offer you peace, nor restrain their hands, take (hold of) them and kill them wherever you find them. In their case, We have provided you with a clear warrant against them.

التفسير الميسر
ستجدون قومًا آخرين من المنافقين يودون الاطمئنان على أنفسهم من جانبكم، فيظهرون لكم الإيمان، ويودون الاطمئنان على أنفسهم من جانب قومهم الكافرين، فيظهرون لهم الكفر، كلما أعيدوا إلى موطن الكفر والكافرين، وقعوا في أسوأ حال. فهؤلاء إن لم ينصرفوا عنكم، ويقدموا إليكم الاستسلام التام، ويمنعوا أنفسهم عن قتالكم فخذوهم بقوة واقتلوهم أينما كانوا، وأولئك الذين بلغوا في هذا المسلك السيِّئ حدّاً يميزهم عمَّن عداهم، فهم الذين جعلنا لكم الحجة البينة على قتلهم وأسرهم
