سورة الزمر، الآية ١٩Surah Az-Zumar, ayah 19 (39:19)
أَفَمَنۡ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِى ٱلنَّارِ ١٩
The meaning in English
Is, then one against whom the Word of punishment is justified (equal to the one who avoids evil)? Will you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) rescue him who is in the Fire?

أفمن وجبت عليه كلمة العذاب؛ باستمراره على غيِّه وعناده، فإنه لا حيلة لك -أيها الرسول- في هدايته، أفتقدر أن تنقذ مَن في النار؟ لست بقادر على ذلك
