سورة الروم، الآية ٤٦Surah Ar-Rum, ayah 46 (30:46)
وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَن يُرۡسِلَ ٱلرِّيَاحَ مُبَشِّرَٰتٍ وَلِيُذِيقَكُم مِّن رَّحۡمَتِهِۦ وَلِتَجۡرِىَ ٱلۡفُلۡكُ بِأَمۡرِهِۦ وَلِتَبۡتَغُواْ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ ٤٦
The meaning in English
And among His Signs is this, that He sends the winds as glad tidings, giving you a taste of His Mercy (i.e. rain), and that the ships may sail at His Command, and that you may seek of His Bounty, in order that you may be thankful.

ومن آيات الله الدالة على أنه الإله الحق وحده لا شريك له وعلى عظيم قدرته إرسال الرياح أمام المطر مبشرات بإثارتها للسحاب، فتستبشر بذلك النفوس؛ وليذيقكم من رحمته بإنزاله المطر الذي تحيا به البلاد والعباد، ولتجري السفن في البحر بأمر الله ومشيئته، ولتبتغوا من فضله بالتجارة وغيرها؛ فعل الله ذلك من أجل أن تشكروا له نعمه وتعبدوه وحده
