سورة النور، الآية ٣٢Surah An-Nur, ayah 32 (24:32)
وَأَنكِحُواْ ٱلۡأَيَٰمَىٰ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ مِنۡ عِبَادِكُمۡ وَإِمَآئِكُمۡ إِن يَكُونُواْ فُقَرَآءَ يُغۡنِهِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ ٣٢
The meaning in English
And marry those among you who are single (i.e. a man who has no wife and the woman who has no husband) and (also marry) the Sâlihûn (pious, fit and capable ones) of your (male) slaves and maid-servants (female slaves). If they be poor, Allâh will enrich them out of His Bounty. And Allâh is All-Sufficient for His creatures’ needs, All-Knowing (about the state of the people).

وزوِّجوا- أيها المؤمنون- مَن لا زوج له من الأحرار والحرائر والصالحين مِن عبيدكم وجواريكم، إن يكن الراغب في الزواج للعفة فقيرًا يغنه الله من واسع رزقه. والله واسع كثير الخير عظيم الفضل، عليم بأحوال عباده
