سورة النور، الآية ١٣Surah An-Nur, ayah 13 (24:13)
لَّوۡلَا جَآءُو عَلَيۡهِ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَإِذۡ لَمۡ يَأۡتُواْ بِٱلشُّهَدَآءِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلۡكَٰذِبُونَ ١٣
The meaning in English
Why did they not produce four witnesses? Since they (the slanderers) have not produced witnesses! Then with Allâh they are the liars.

هلا أتى القاذفون بأربعة شهود عدول على قولهم، فحين لم يفعلوا ذلك فأولئك هم الكاذبون عند الله
