سورة النور، الآية ١٠Surah An-Nur, ayah 10 (24:10)
وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِيمٌ ١٠
The meaning in English
And had it not been for the Grace of Allâh and His Mercy on you (He would have hastened the punishment upon you)! And that Allâh is the One Who forgives and accepts repentance, the All-Wise.

ولولا تفضُّل الله عليكم ورحمته- أيها المؤمنون- بهذا التشريع للأزواج والزوجات، لأحلَّ بالكاذب من المتلاعنين ما دعا به على نفسه، وأن الله تواب لمن تاب مِن عباده، حكيم في شرعه وتدبيره
