قُلۡ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ ٨٦
The meaning in English
Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?"
