سورة الأنبياء، الآية ٩٤Surah Al-Anbya, ayah 94 (21:94)
فَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٌ فَلَا كُفۡرَانَ لِسَعۡيِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ كَٰتِبُونَ ٩٤
The meaning in English
So whoever does righteous good deeds while he is a believer (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism), his efforts will not be rejected. Verily We record it for him (in his Book of deeds).

فمن التزم الإيمان بالله ورسله، وعمل ما يستطيع من صالح الأعمال طاعةً لله وعبادة له فلا يضيع الله عمله ولا يبطله، بل يضاعفه كله أضعافًا كثيرة، وسيجد ما عمله في كتابه يوم يُبْعث بعد موته
