سورة طه، الآية ٨٠Surah Taha, ayah 80 (20:80)
يَٰبَنِىٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ قَدۡ أَنجَيۡنَٰكُم مِّنۡ عَدُوِّكُمۡ وَوَٰعَدۡنَٰكُمۡ جَانِبَ ٱلطُّورِ ٱلۡأَيۡمَنَ وَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَنَّ وَٱلسَّلۡوَىٰ ٨٠
The meaning in English
O Children of Israel! We delivered you from your enemy, and We made a covenant with you on the right side of the Mount, and We sent down to you Al-Manna and quails,

التفسير الميسر
يا بني إسرائيل اذكروا حين أنجيناكم مِن عدوكم فرعون، وجَعَلْنا موعدكم بجانب جبل الطور الأيمن لإنزال التوراة عليكم، ونزلنا عليكم في التيه ما تأكلونه، مما يشبه الصَّمغ طعمه كالعسل، والطير الذي يشبه السُّمَانَى
