سورة البقرة، الآية ٨١Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 81 (2:81)
بَلَىٰ مَن كَسَبَ سَيِّئَةً وَأَحَٰطَتۡ بِهِۦ خَطِيٓـَٔتُهُۥ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ ٨١
The meaning in English
Yes! Whosoever earns evil and his sin has surrounded him, they are dwellers of the Fire (i.e. Hell); they will dwell therein forever.

التفسير الميسر
فحُكْمُ الله ثابت: أن من ارتكب الآثام حتى جَرَّته إلى الكفر، واستولت عليه ذنوبه مِن جميع جوانبه وهذا لا يكون إلا فيمن أشرك بالله، فالمشركون والكفار هم الذين يلازمون نار جهنم ملازمة دائمةً لا تنقطع
