سورة البقرة، الآية ٧Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 7 (2:7)
خَتَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَعَلَىٰ سَمۡعِهِمۡ وَعَلَىٰٓ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ غِشَٰوَةٌ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ ٧
The meaning in English
Allâh has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, (i.e. they are closed from accepting Allâh’s Guidance), and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be a great torment.

التفسير الميسر
طبع الله على قلوب هؤلاء وعلى سمعهم، وجعل على أبصارهم غطاء؛ بسبب كفرهم وعنادهم مِن بعد ما تبيَّن لهم الحق، فلم يوفقهم للهدى، ولهم عذاب شديد في نار جهنم
