سورة البقرة، الآية ٢٣٨Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 238 (2:238)
حَٰفِظُواْ عَلَى ٱلصَّلَوَٰتِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ٱلۡوُسۡطَىٰ وَقُومُواْ لِلَّهِ قَٰنِتِينَ ٢٣٨
The meaning in English
Guard strictly (five obligatory) As-Salawât (the prayers) especially the middle Salât (i.e. the best prayer - ‘Asr ). And stand before Allâh with obedience [and do not speak to others during the Salât (prayers)].

حافظوا -أيها المسلمون- على الصلوات الخمس المفروضة بالمداومة على أدائها في أوقاتها بشروطها وأركانها وواجباتها، وحافظوا على الصلاة المتوسطة بينها وهي صلاة العصر، وقوموا في صلاتكم مطيعين لله، خاشعين ذليلين
