إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَآ أَمۡرُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِرَشِيدٍ ٩٧
The meaning in English
To Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs, but they followed the command of Fir‘aun (Pharaoh), and the command of Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) was no right guide.

أرسلنا موسى إلى فرعون وأكابر أتباعه وأشراف قومه، فكفر فرعون وأمر قومه أن يتبعوه، فأطاعوه، وخالفوا أمر موسى، وليس في أمر فرعون رشد ولا هدى، وإنما هو جهل وضلال وكفر وعناد
