سورة يونس، الآية ١٠٧Surah Yunus, ayah 107 (10:107)
وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَ وَإِن يُرِدۡكَ بِخَيۡرٍ فَلَا رَآدَّ لِفَضۡلِهِۦ يُصِيبُ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ١٠٧
The meaning in English
And if Allâh touches you with harm, there is none who can remove it but He, and if He intends any good for you, there is none who can repel His Favour which He causes it to reach whomsoever of His slaves He wills. And He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

التفسير الميسر
وإن يصبك الله -أيها الرسول- بشدة أو بلاء فلا كاشف لذلك إلا هو جلَّ وعلا وإن يُرِدْك برخاء أو نعمة لا يمنعه عنك أحد، يصيب الله عز وجل بالسراء والضراء من يشاء من عباده، وهو الغفور لذنوب مَن تاب، الرحيم بمن آمن به وأطاعه
