سورة البروج، الآية ١٣Surah Al-Buruj, ayah 13 (85:13)
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ ١٣
The meaning in English
Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection).

التفسير الميسر
إن انتقام ربك من أعدائه وعذابه لهم لَعظيم شديد، إنه هو يُبدئ الخلق ثم يعيده، وهو الغفور لمن تاب، كثير المودة والمحبة لأوليائه، صاحب العرشِ المجيدُ الذي بلغ المنتهى في الفضل والكرم، فَعَّال لما يريد، لا يمتنع عليه شيء يريده
