وَفِىٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ ١٩
The meaning in English
And in their properties there was the right of the Sâ’il (the beggar who asks) and the Mahrûm (the poor who does not ask others).
