سورة ص، الآية ١٠Surah Sad, ayah 10 (38:10)
أَمۡ لَهُم مُّلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فَلۡيَرۡتَقُواْ فِى ٱلۡأَسۡبَٰبِ ١٠
The meaning in English
Or is it that the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them is theirs? If so, let them ascend up with means (to the heavens)!

أم لهؤلاء المشركين مُلْك السموات والأرض وما بينهما، فيُعْطوا ويَمْنعوا؟ فليأخذوا بالأسباب الموصلة لهم إلى السماء، حتى يحكموا بما يريدون من عطاء ومنع
